I am hirable by the hour to care for, teach and fish with your child. Whether you need a few hours each week for work, to run errands or just an activity to give your kids a break from screens with fun, outdoor time, I offer my services. A drop-and-go option is available at Mary Jo Peckham Park, Fawnlake or Cane Island neighborhood fishing lakes or other Katy Area lakes near you that fishing is allowed. At this time, I do not offer transportation to/from locations, will meet on-site. Fishing will be done lakeside, from the shore. Your child will not be entering into the water nor on any flotation device or boat at any time. I provide bait, will have additional gear for any line, hook or lure repairs, sitting chairs and shade as needed, along with extra water to stay hydrated. If you child does not own their own fishing rod, an age-appropriate one can be rented for only $5. Any catches are weighed, photos are taken to share with parents and then released back. All fishing ventures are catch-and-release. Hourly rate: $15/child, maximum of 3 children at a time. Larger groups and/or additional services can be accommodated by request. Note: I am CPR certified, will have a cell phone on at all times and an adult parent nearby.
